What sold me on this company is that the owner Mike, came out to my home, climbed up on the roof of the house and garage, climbed into my attic and gave me a spot on assessment. Great crew, cleaned as they went along, and very courteous. I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them!

Mike and his crew were the best. They had the roof done in a day. During the job, our elderly neighbor had a medical situation. The crew took care of her and her husband was very grateful. We were very impressed. They then re-sided our chimney chase, again in a day. My wife was very pleased. We will probably need to re-side the house and will call Mike as soon as we need it. After several roofing quotes we contracted with Mike at Windlickers Exteriors. Scheduling was quicker than we expected. Attention to detail is important to Mike. Large landscaping stones were moved for equipment passage. His crew put them back but not exactly as they were. Mike actually had taken a picture of that garden during his quote and the stones were moved, matching his picture exactly. Gutters were installed next day. Clean up was great. We are extremely happy with the results. Happy with our homes new look!

Great quote; great explanation of the work that would be done. We needed to get the work done this calendar year. He was able to accommodate our timeframe. The work ended up taking about 1.5 days. There was an unexpected issue with breaking thru into the living room ceiling due to rotted wood. Michael got a person out that day to look at the repair needed. The roof was started on Friday and done on Saturday. The gutters were completed on Monday. The interior repairs were completed on Wednesday (can’t even tell there was a problem). Great timely communication. We have piece of mind heading into winter. We would highly recommend.

Good workmanship! Everyone knew their role and very detailed. Mike’s initial evaluation was informative and very thorough.Post job clean-up was done very well with minimal remaining debris - no nails were found around the home.Initial quote assumed we had two layers of shingles and priced the job accordingly. Other companies all gave similar estimates. A week after the job was completed, we received a refund for Overpayment as after a review of the job, they found that there was only one layer of shingles to remove. We would have never known, but the transparency and honesty show the impeccable character of how the company is run.

Our roof needed to be completely torn off and the chimney taken down. The crew came at 7:30 as was scheduled they covered our windows and awnings. The crew worked hard all day. The roof was completely on and everything cleaned up by 4:30 the same day. The color of the roof looks better than we expected it to. We would definitely recommend this company.

We viewed several proposals. Mike was the only roofer that went on the roof and up in the attic. We felt very comfortable with the entire proposal and Mike’s assessment of our roofing needs.
